Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (PST). We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
• Standard Orders: Items will be shipped within 10 business days of your order.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require 2–6 weeks for production.
Please allow an additional 2–4 weeks for delivery after your order has shipped, depending on your location. However, most orders within the U.S. are typically delivered within 1 week of shipping.
Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. For pre-orders, once the ordering window closes, modifications or cancellations are not allowed.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number. To track your shipment, please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information (e.g., wrong address or phone number)
• Absence of the receiver at the delivery address
• Refusal by the customer to accept the package
The package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
• Return expenses include shipping fees and any duties or taxes incurred.
• These costs will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued as store credit only.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Damaged or Opened Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.
2. Inspect the contents and document any missing or damaged items.
3. Submit a claim directly with the courier used to ship your order.
